A key driver of all these changes is expected to be the emergent talent landscape of the social sector and the resultant patterns, opportunities, and challenges for the social sector in India and Odisha. Santosh Mishra is a TISS Alumni of the 2001 batch. He supports Organizations, Boards, Leaders, and teams to grow to their next level of possibilities. Passionate about solving talent, people, and organizational challenges for Not-for-profits, he shares his expertise in the capacity of a human resources entrepreneur, seasoned facilitator, and organization effectiveness consultant. Santosh set up Human Context (a human capital consulting firm) to serve these needs in 2017. Prior to this, He served in some of the most reputed companies in India and globally. Mr. Mishra is the Mentor and Co- founder of Human Context.
