Gautam Pradhan is the regional head of Odisha and Jharkhand at SELCO Foundation. He has worked with Harsha Trust for 19 years, an organization whose objective is to eliminate hunger and malnutrition in the backward pockets of Odisha. Pradhan has rich experience in enhancing the livelihoods of poor and vulnerable tribes in Odisha. He served as the Executive Director of the organization from 2012 to 2017 and played an instrumental role in transforming it into an institution of excellence in the field of rural livelihoods. He achieved this by improving the quality of life of the rural poor and creating an ecosystem for good governance, teamwork, and equal opportunities for all, adhering to the organization’s mission, vision, and values. From 2017 onwards, Pradhan shifted his focus towards establishing robust systems and processes at Harsha Trust, fostering its journey towards excellence.
