Shri Bodhisattwa Sanghapriya, an innovator, inventor, and entrepreneur based in India. Known as a serial innovator, he is the CEO and founder of IG-DRONES. Bodhisattwa is involved in diverse fields, ranging from rural healthcare to rocket science, all aimed at making a positive impact on society. Recognized for his exceptional innovations, Bodhisattwa is a two-time Chief Minister Awardee. His contributions have also earned him recognition from Dr. Harsh Vardhan, the Union Cabinet Minister of the Department of Science and Technology (DST). Notably, he was invited to Russia by the Russian Ministry of Trade and Aviation to represent India at the World Festival of Youth and Students in Moscow. Gautam Pradhan is the regional head of Odisha and Jharkhand at SELCO Foundation. He has worked with Harsha Trust for 19 years, an organization whose objective is to eliminate hunger and malnutrition in the backward pockets of Odisha. Pradhan has rich experience in enhancing the livelihoods of poor and vulnerable tribes in Odisha. He served as the Executive Director of the organization from 2012 to 2017 and played an instrumental role in transforming it into an institution of excellence in the field of rural livelihoods. He achieved this by improving the quality of life of the rural poor and creating an ecosystem for good governance, teamwork, and equal opportunities for all, adhering to the organization’s mission, vision, and values. Anshuman Jena is a versatile professional with over thirteen years of experience in both corporate and academic domains, showcasing prowess as an institution builder and self-motivated leader. In academia, Anshuman has served as a Visiting Professor at XIM University, Odisha, and the Institute of Entrepreneurship Development (IED), Bhubaneswar. She has about 22 years of work experience; a decade in the IT sector with Infosys and Tech Mahindra and another decade in promoting skill development and entrepreneurship amongst youth. She has completed her Engineer from the Army Institute of Technology, Pune (AITP), Savitribai Phule Pune University with Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Xavier’s University of Bhubaneswar formerly known as Xavier’s Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB). She is passionate about building the capacity of teachers and vocational trainers and career counselling for the underserved strata of society. Sanjogita was formerly the Programme Officer for Skills with Commonwealth of Learning where she was implementing Skill Development & Employability Programmes in Commonwealth Asian countries. Currently, she leads the Skill and Entrepreneurship Development Initiatives of Tata Community Initiative Trust for Odisha Skill Development Authority. She has been an entrepreneur running an all-women BPO call centre in Hyderabad and serves on the board of a few start-ups.
