She has about 22 years of work experience; a decade in the IT sector with Infosys and Tech Mahindra and another decade in promoting skill development and entrepreneurship amongst youth. She has completed her Engineer from the Army Institute of Technology, Pune (AITP), Savitribai Phule Pune University with Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Xavier’s University of Bhubaneswar formerly known as Xavier’s Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB). She is passionate about building the capacity of teachers and vocational trainers and career counselling for the underserved strata of society. Sanjogita was formerly the Programme Officer for Skills with Commonwealth of Learning where she was implementing Skill Development & Employability Programmes in Commonwealth Asian countries. Currently, she leads the Skill and Entrepreneurship Development Initiatives of Tata Community Initiative Trust for Odisha Skill Development Authority. She has been an entrepreneur running an all-women BPO call centre in Hyderabad and serves on the board of a few start-ups.
