Ratnakar Panigrahi has over 20 years of social sector experience in conducting action research, designing learning interventions, and implementing decision support systems. He holds a Master in Sociology from Utkal University and has studied entrepreneurship at Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. His vast experience in facilitating training and technical support assignments across the world helps bring in a project strategy and implementation experience to our enterprise. He has co-founded two for-profit social enterprises – Siddha Development Research and Consultancy (SDRC) and Livelihood Alternatives (LA). SDRC has been running successfully for the past 11 years. It seeks to drive social change initiatives through research-based services, technology solutions, and field implementation. Further, Livelihood Alternatives is a startup working on a mission to bring about positive economic transformation in both the farm and non-farm sectors through innovative services. It aims to directly work with one lakh farmers and create three lakh employment opportunities by 2023.
