Shri Santhanagopalan is currently serving as Commissioner-cum-Secretary at Department of Labour and ESI, Government of Odisha. Earlier he served as Directors in various government departments such as, Agriculture & Food Production; Horticulture, Soil Conservation. He also served as Additional Secretary and Deputy Director General in Water resources Department and Electronics & Center Information Technology Unique Identification Technology Authority of India respectively.
